Yinuoda's Hainan facility covers raw-material processing, drying, pelletizing, screening, and packaging, supported by four automated production lines.
Built for stable, repeatable output
The production site occupies approximately 40 mu, or 2.67 hectares. Its scale and process design are intended to support substantial annual capacity and large export orders.
From raw timber to export-ready pellets
The plant follows a complete sequence from debarking and chipping through drying, pelletizing, and packaging.
Debarking
Timber is prepared to support clean downstream material.
Chipping
Material is converted into a manageable chip size.
Crushing
Feedstock is broken down for further refinement.
Grinding
Material is milled to the required particle profile.
Drying
Moisture is reduced and controlled before compression.
Pelletizing
Dense 8 mm pellets are formed under controlled pressure.
Packaging
Fuel is cooled, screened, and prepared for shipment.

Inside Hainan's agricultural and forestry processing base
The plant is located in Bangxi Town, Baisha Li Autonomous County, within the Bangxi Agricultural and Forestry Products Processing and Trading Base. The surrounding wood-processing enterprises help secure a stable local residue supply.
The location also sits within Hainan's Western Industrial Belt and benefits from access to Yangpu Port and Haikou Port, supporting export logistics to Southeast Asia and other international markets.
